Control Board

A multi-purpose management tool designed to be carried by first arriving officers and other key personnel to organize and track tactical assignments, apparatus and personnel. The Control Board has a rugged powder coated aluminum case and contains three dry erasable writable aluminum pages.

• The first page doubles as a clip board.
• Page two has an area for incident address, map number and time. Also contains incident checklists for command functions, incident priorities, basic assignment suggestions for Fire, Medical, Haz-Mat and Hi-Rise plus a place for benchmark times.
• Page three facilitates incident organization or branch management using Divisions or Groups, staging organization and resource tracking areas.
• Page four contains full staging area check-in/out schematic for Staging Area Manager.
• Page five has an MBO (Management by Objectives) page for specific task organization.
• Page six has three Velcro strips to use with Tactron’s Personnel Accounting Safety System.

The board also has a one inch wide strap across the back to allow for easy handling, a closure device and interior area to store paperwork.
